I have ordered the solid wood bed frame which is really good in quality with reasonable price!

The mantle I ordered is really nice and finishes off my fireplace perfectly.

Mantle shelf excellent quality and delivery service was good but problem with the mounting kit which is absolutely rubbish first the supplied wall plugs was for an m8 bolt the supplied bolts are m6 not good but even when correctly installed rubbish fitting so ended up using different fixing which have rectified the fit and the shelf now looks superb

Ordered the Coleridge bed in Super King size. The bed was delivered in over 4 weeks, 3 weeks earlier than qouted on the site. Arrived well packaged and was very easy assemble. The finish is a very close match to what the website portrays and the bed is of incredibly sturdy construction. No worries about future with this bed. Very happy with the purchase.

I mean you get what you pay for.

Looks great once treated but took a proper skilled carpenter to put up. Centre of the holes were wonky. And for the floating shelves, the bracket it hangs on was bent.

On the mantle the holes for the bracket was uneven. Each were about 5-10mm wonky and the centre one wasn’t centre so hard to place correctly.

Definitely not a diy job but I was lucky I had a great carpenter working on my house.

Great table, beautifully made, solid and very adequate hairpin legs.
However, I’m knocking a point off because with the event of a first, small spillage on the solid wood top, the consequence of wiping it off with a new Jeyes cloth and a little warm water left a very noticeable mark where the wiping up process had occurred.
On emailing the very helpful and polite customer service team, I was immediately advised to purchase one of their treatment packs at £15 a go plus postage costs.
I kind of knew this is what they would say and it got me considering the potential that this is why they don’t supply their products with at least some protection from small spillages.
So, rather than suffer nearly £20 in costs, I lightly sanded the entire surface of the table and used a different medium oak product I already had and when dried, I lightly varnished it with a matt clear varnish.
It looks even nicer!
Still, the actual build and quality of the product deserves a four out of five.
It would just be more satisfying if the product arrived in a suitably protected state for immediate home use in a busy household.

The fixings were sturdy and well engineered. The oak beam was a heavy, dense wood and this necessitated good background research into wall type. We used solid masonry from previous mantel in a Victorian house. I would not put this into lathe and plaster walling without knowing where the support studs are. Strongly recommend there being 2 persons to set, measure and affix the beam due to its weight and large area - 4" x 6" x 60". We sourced reclaimed stone corbels that matched the slate hearth flagstones, and affixed these below the beam to excellent effect. Very pleased with the rustic look that sits very well with a woodburning stove.

Very good quality and heavy solid oak. Only gave 4stars as it was damaged but it was underneath so didn't show. Glad I bought the wax as it gave the wood a better deeper colour. Great company and arrived promptly.

The oak mantel looks really nice on the wall above our log burner. Quite easy to fit but had to use alternative fixings to those provided due to a dot and dab plasterboard.
I would highly recommend this product.

Quality of product is exceptional, better than expected. Beautiful heavy oak shelves and easy to fit with secure brackets which themselves are also very high quality with a unique design. Shelves and brackets are a talking point for guests, everyone impressed that sees them. Delivery and ordering process hassle free.

Purchased a couple of floating shelfs from this company to find a large split running through the entire length of the wood and filled with black wax filler. Structure of entire shelf compromise and will not bear weight before splitting more. After contacting customer services given the generic spiel .....you can expect to find splits, cracks, knots, shakes, waney edges, bows and twists in keeping with the rustic style.... I guess if they sold you fire damaged material this would also be the company line. Be advised items may not be fit for purpose. Had to case this down to have a such poor customer service -avoid !
